Afterschool Program
Peacemakers provides a free, high-quality after-school program for 60 elementary students from the South Rocky Mount community in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
Offered four days a week for two hours each day throughout the school year, the program creates a safe, supportive environment where students can grow academically and personally. Each afternoon includes homework assistance, individualized tutoring for students who need extra support in specific skill areas, and a nutritious snack.
More than just academic help, the program provides consistent encouragement, positive role models, and a structured space where students can build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and develop a love for learning.
